An entrance upgrade can involve much more than a new intercom. On this project in Moy, near Dungannon, Delta worked on the front and rear doors, bringing together automatic operation, locking and door entry equipment.
The project
The work covered two automatic door closers and two AV2E locks, alongside an intercom system and two handsets. The recorded installation also included sensors, key switches, push-to-exit controls, fobs and finger guards.
Our work
The work was completed over five days of attendance. Delta fitted the equipment to the two entrances and tested the systems.
The selected job photographs show the fitted overhead operators and the completed door arrangements. They focus on the entrance equipment rather than residents or the inside of their homes.
The result
The job sheet records both automatic closers and the locking and intercom equipment as tested and left working. The result was an upgrade to the existing entrances that addressed door operation and entry control together.
Looking after automatic entrances
When an entrance includes an operator, lock, intercom and sensors, a fault can affect more than one part of the way it works. Tell us whether the door fails to open, fails to close or does not release when called from the handset.
Delta provides door automation services, intercom support and access control work across Northern Ireland.
For an upgrade, discuss your installation requirements. For existing equipment, ask about planned maintenance or report a fault.
