What needs repaired?
We support homeowners, housing associations, managing agents and commercial premises from our base in Newtownabbey.
- Intercom and door entry repairs: lost audio, calls not reaching the handset, or a door release that does not operate.
- Access control repairs: readers, fobs and controlled entrances that are not working as expected.
- Entrance doors and automation: doors that stick, fail to close or no longer operate correctly.
- CCTV fault finding: cameras offline, missing images or recording problems.
Support beyond office hours.
24/7 engineer cover is available, with out of hours engineers for urgent repairs. If you already have emergency cover, use your agreed contact route. Contact the office to discuss out of hours cover for your building.
Help us understand the fault.
Include the site postcode, the affected entrance or system, what happens when you use it and when the problem started. If you manage the building, include your contact details and access arrangements. Keep door codes and residents’ personal details out of the enquiry.
What happens next?
The office reviews your enquiry and discusses the fault, access and arrangements for the work. Submitting a form does not book an engineer or confirm an attendance time.
Can you repair a system you didn’t install?
Tell us the make or model if you know it. We can discuss whether we can support the equipment and what information we need before arranging work.
How quickly can someone attend?
Attendance depends on the fault, location, engineer availability and any existing service agreement. Contact the office to discuss your situation; use the agreed contact route if you already have emergency cover.
Can you help prevent the same fault recurring?
Speak to us about planned maintenance and any remedial work identified during a repair.
