Managing several communal entrances means coordinating door entry, access control and exit hardware across more than one building. This Belfast project brought those elements together across four blocks in 2024.
The project
The recorded work covered access control, a six-way door entry system and a panic crash bar at each of four blocks. Fobs were handed over for distribution to residents.
Our work
Delta carried out the entrance-system work across the blocks. The completion record states that the ordered equipment at all four blocks was tested and left working.

Follow-up support
The job history also records later attendance for individual handset and wiring issues and a service-button check. Those follow-up visits form part of the project's history.
For communal systems, individual faults may need investigation after the main installation. Clear reporting helps distinguish a problem affecting one handset from a fault affecting an entire entrance.
