In October 2024, Delta replaced two stairwell entrance doors with new steel doorsets. The work brought the door leaves, closing equipment and exit hardware together as one installation.
The project
The order covered replacement doors for both stairwells. The recorded specification included steel doorsets with built-in GEZE closers, Dorma 9700 panic latches and CPU 900 equipment.
For a property manager, this is the kind of project where the door itself and the equipment fitted to it need to be considered together. Replacing only one component may not address the wider requirements of an entrance.
Our work
Delta installed the two new doorsets to the agreed order. The selected photographs show the finished blue doors from outside and the panic hardware on the inside.
The result
The job sheet records both new doorsets as installed. The photographs provide a view of the completed doors and their fitted hardware.
